Sunday March 9 2014

Brunch:  Pancakes, fresh strawberries, maple syrup, orange juice

The pancakes were tasty and fluffy, made with fermented milk

After brunch we went to the market and bought fresh beets and avocados

Dinner:  Roasted chicken and potatoes, salad with mache, goat cheese, boiled beets, walnuts, and vinaigrette (honey+apple cider vinegar+olive oil), bread

The crispy chicken skin was delicious, and the beets and goat cheese go so well together

Dessert:  Peanut butter cookies
