Breakfast (H):  Muesli with milk
Breakfast (M):  Strawberries with kefir and honey

We had to go into the city to pick up some paperwork, so we stopped by our favorite fast food Asian for lunch

Lunch (H):  Tom Kha Kai, riz cantonais
Lunch (M):  Lo Hon Chai

Snack:  Cafe au lait, cheesecake

Dinner part 1:  We shared some fries and a slice of pizza before the prenatal class

Dinner part 2 (M):  Sliced beet with goat cheese
Dinner part 2 (H):  Chicken soup

Dessert:  Peanut butter cookies

Breakfast (M):  peanut butter sandwich (bread with peanut butter), orange juice
Breakfast (H):  Muesli with milk

Snack:  Cafe au lait

Lunch (H):  Mashed potatoes
Lunch (M):  Bought at work a rosti with vegetables and mozzarella cheese, salad

Dinner:  Guacamole with corn chips, strawberries with kefir

Sometimes when it starts to get warm and we are tired, we just like a simple dinner

Breakfast (M):  Banana with kefir and honey, peanut butter cookie
Breakfast (H):  Muesli with milk

Snack:  Coffee (cafe au lait) and LU petite buerre biscuits

Lunch:  1/2 donner kebab, 1/2 plate of fries

Sharing the kebab meal is perfect, the portion is just the right size

Dinner:  Mashed potatoes with fried egg

Dessert:  Strawberries with kefir and honey

Breakfast (M):  Peanut butter on bread, orange juice
Breakfast (H):  Muesli with milk

Back to the typical work-day breakfast

Snack (M):  Half apple

Lunch:  Chicken salad from leftover chicken (white meat, mayonnaise, tarragon, cashews, celery, apple), lettuce, olives, cucumber, carrots, bread

Snack:  Coffee at work for both of us (cafe au lait), LU petite buerre coffee biscuits

Dinner: linguine pasta with eggplant cream sauce (eggplant, mushroom, spicy green pepper, garlic, cream)

Sunday March 9 2014

Brunch:  Pancakes, fresh strawberries, maple syrup, orange juice

The pancakes were tasty and fluffy, made with fermented milk

After brunch we went to the market and bought fresh beets and avocados

Dinner:  Roasted chicken and potatoes, salad with mache, goat cheese, boiled beets, walnuts, and vinaigrette (honey+apple cider vinegar+olive oil), bread

The crispy chicken skin was delicious, and the beets and goat cheese go so well together

Dessert:  Peanut butter cookies
