Breakfast (M):  Peanut butter on bread, orange juice
Breakfast (H):  Muesli with milk

Back to the typical work-day breakfast

Snack (M):  Half apple

Lunch:  Chicken salad from leftover chicken (white meat, mayonnaise, tarragon, cashews, celery, apple), lettuce, olives, cucumber, carrots, bread

Snack:  Coffee at work for both of us (cafe au lait), LU petite buerre coffee biscuits

Dinner: linguine pasta with eggplant cream sauce (eggplant, mushroom, spicy green pepper, garlic, cream)
